Outstanding defects:
- Add site defaults site name to “site not found’
- When editor logs out pages still shown with edit control (till .net cache clears)
- Toolbar and menu bar should show horizontally rather than vertically even on smaller screens.
- [P1] Logoff in site editing should stay on the current page
- [P1] in register or login page; the home, about, contact etc links give an error (its trying to navigate to /account/index etc)
